BILPP builds and operates its own apps — and brings the same team, tools and standards to client software.
We started by building products for ourselves: a global eSIM brand, an NFC card platform, monitoring and tracking systems. Running them taught us what most agencies never learn — what software costs after launch.
Today BILPP is a small, senior studio: one engineering culture, AI-assisted delivery, and infrastructure that runs on the edge. We take on a limited number of client projects a year so each one gets the same care as our own.
We are Estonian by registration, European by market and multilingual by habit — German for the Mittelstand, Turkish for Turkish-speaking businesses in Europe, English for everyone else.
